Ingredients:
Coconut grated- 1 big
Sugar- 200g
Milk/Condensed Milk- 5tablesp
Cardamom(Ilaichi) powder- 1/2tsp
Ghee- 1tablesp
Directions:
>In a kadai, heat the ghee and add the grated coconut, sugar and condensed milk and mix well.
>When the mixture in kadai is dried up, remove it from the oven.
>In a metal plate,grease the surface well with ghee and pour the mixture and press it well to make it uniformly leveled.
>Then cut the mixture in Barfi shaped pieces and keep in fridge and serve cool.
Footnotes:
>Mixture should be made little dry while cooking but not very much.
>Should preserve the white color of coconut.
